Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Manage the companys social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others) to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Develop monthly content calendars and execute organic social media strategies aligned with marketing campaigns. - Create engaging captions, copywriting, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. - Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and high-performing content. - Manage community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and interacting with followers professionally. - Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy to improve campaign performance. - Analyze social media and advertising performance using key metrics such as Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPL. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist. - Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends. - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. - Solid knowledge of content planning, social media analytics, and paid advertising strategies. - Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. - Experience in the Fashion, Beauty, Jewelry, Luxury Brand, or Retail industry is a plus.
